Coaching Agreements:
- Feel safe: trustful and non-judgmental space where you are safe.
- Being genuine: to feel free to be frank and to drop our masks. The support is tailor-made.
- Giving Intensity: be deeply committed to the change process and the achievement of its objectives.
- Taking responsibility: taking full responsibility for what is in our power. Solutions emerge in the coachee.
- Service to the coachee: the coach brings value to the coachee, he is not there to please him. The coachee gives a maximum of feedback to the coach to enable him to be as efficient as possible.
- Curiosity & unexpectedness: be flexible, be agile, be imaginative. See doors where you think there are walls.
- Joy & play: take pleasure in the effort of change, consider it all in a playful way.
Content:
1.5 hr sessions in the form of deep coaching. Online coaching via a dedicated server.
- Definition of a support framework.
- Identification of the objective to be reached and/or the process to be worked on.
- Highlighting of resistance and blocking points.
- Accompaniment on the passage to action. Clarification of focus points. Support and celebration via digital platforms.
- Updating and adaptation according to feedback. Realization of trial-and-error loops (iterations).
Deep Coaching
(customizable for service and duration)
“Deep Journey” over 1 year, with 3 sessions per month (online) + 3 face-to-face days during the year (in France) + unlimited digital content & exchanges on dedicated Discord server.
Fee: 20% of annual income, with a minimum of 12 k€ tax included. Payment in 2 steps: 50% down payment at commitment, 50% in the middle of support.
“Explorer” over 6 months, with 3 sessions per month (online) + unlimited digital content & exchanges on dedicated Discord server.
Fee: 10% of annual income, with a minimum of 6 k€ tax included. Payment in 2 steps: 50% down payment at commitment, 50% in the middle of support.
“Insider” on a single 3-hour session, online or in person (Paris and suburbs).
Fee: 450 € (tax included).
